LOWER BACK PAIN EXERCISE
Lower back exercises are the best overall PRIMARY

available to all medical and alternative
professionals. Lower back exercise is hands down the most versatile
treatment available for total back pain recovery and management .If
you experience low back pain it is virtually inevitable that at some
point you will need a lower back pain exercise program.
The benefits of exercise to combat lower back pain are
enormous. In my humble opinion there are only a few conditions which
should lend consideration to the high risks of surgery and the
masking of drug usage with all the side effects. The more common
symptoms for which you should consider surgery are irregular bowel
or kidney pressures, tissue tear, complete disc rupture, and severe
deformity. Lower back pain exercise will be the secondary treatment
to those conditions and will significantly accelerate the recovery
period to the primary treatments.
Physical Therapy is treatment of injuries and
physical conditions by a trained person under the supervision of a
specialist in physical medicine. It is a procedure for injuries or
conditions with recovery treatment utilizing strengthening and
stretching resistance. Any way you define it, it is exercise.
Lower back exercise and my personal experience with
prescribed physical therapy for my L5 S1 injuries were horrible. The
doctor prescribed the specific exercises and the therapist
implemented the movements. The chosen exercises hurt me immediately.
When the therapist insisted I work through the pain, I tried but
then I refused to do them. It just did not make sense for me to
leave therapy in more pain than when I arrived. The therapists were
not permitted to change the prescription and I wasn’t
scheduled to see the doctor again for two weeks or eight more
painful sessions. There was no way I was willing to continue to hurt
myself so I made a deal with the therapists. I asked them what
muscle groups they are trying to target. I then said okay; let me
show you the exercises that will target the same muscles with
exercises that DON’T hurt me! At the time I did not realize
this would be the major factor that started my personal training
career.

through your pain. There is a numerous variety of exercises to
insure safe, pain-free range of motion for all injury severities,
with beginner to advanced exercise movements.

Kinetic Isolations (relating to
motion/exercise) are specific sequence of precision alignments of
the skeletal and muscular systems. They are safe, with controlled
speeds, time efficient, skeletal and muscular effective exercises.

Muscular Stretching:
extension or lengthening of muscle and connective tissue. This
increases the elasticity for greater range of motion of muscle,
ligament, tendon, and bone. This can prevent or dramatically limit
an unforeseen circumstance of sudden accidental events or
compromising alignment and movement. It allows bone and tissue to
bend and give while maintaining support, rather than being stiff and
breaking, tearing, slipping, spraining, straining or losing original
form and alignment. It allows tissue to easily snap back to original
form. Always warm up any muscle before stretching with an exercise
program to target your activity muscles or briskly/gently warm up
with your specific activity. This will prevent permanent fibrous
tissue damage. Never bounce a stretch, use steady gradual pressure.
For example: joggers please, swiftly walk or slowly jog a few blocks
before stretching. Then continue the jog and stretch when finished.

Skeletal Manipulation:
change, control, influence, or move bone. In my program, spinal
realignment takes place in the lumbar region during a feel-good low
back stretch that only adjusts your vertebrae naturally, gently, and
only after your muscles are thoroughly stimulated. There are no
forced adjustments. If your spine is fine it will not adjust. If the
vertebrae need to be realigned, only gravity is utilized. If there
is an adjustment the prior tissue strengthening will stabilize the
vertebrae joints reducing pains, increasing stability, and integrity
of the skeletal and musculature. Chiropractors use a variety of
force. The forced adjustments can cause increased symptoms such as
inflammation, prolonging recovery and a repetitive financial burden.
Forced spinal adjustments alone do not benefit from muscular
strengthening of supportive tissue. Without an extensive
strengthening program the spinal joint remains with hyper-mobility.
